The stretch of Green Lane from the junction with Patricia Avenue to the junction with Mill Road is in an extremely poor state of repair with multiple deep pot holes, the surface breaking up and a large amount of soil, stone and debris on it. This section of the highway is a favourite walk for a lot of people in the community including many elderly residents from Mill House and Havergate sheltered housing but is becoming increasingly hazardous to negotiate. Please address the issues.
