Traffic diversion along Tokers Green Lane

Tokers Green Lane is by and large a single lane road. Traffic is being diverted from the A4074 along it resulting in gridlock, throughout the day. Please can temporary lights be installed from Rokeby and Shephetds lane allowing one way traffic to pass through at a time. This currently includes festival traffic and all manor of lorries.
