Loose slab on pavement outside number 64 very dangerous and water gushing out when raining(drainage problem)

Sent to Leicester City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1000583.

This slab has been loose for a 3-4 months,Previously the council replaced the slab next to this one so maybe it became loose in the process.

When stepped on it is tilting foward creating a trip hazard and water seems to be flowing out from the sides when it rains.
