Illegal parking, damaging curb

Reported anonymously at 14:10, Fri 10 February 2017

People have started driving up onto the grass verge along the edge of one side of Avon Close. At times, so far up that they significantly encroach onto the pedestrian pavement. This is both illegal and is causing damage and an unsightly mess. The area either needs paving and demarcation, as an official parking area. Or anti parking measures (bollards) installed to prevent further damage.
