A black bin liner full of rubbish - including indenty of householder

Reported anonymously at 12:27, Mon 19 December 2016

It's not the quantity - it's the principle.... I regularly walk these areas with a camera. This is the first time I have seen rubbish at this forestry gate. I have close up identity photos of householder's address details, yet you say: don't include them??? This person needs approaching by someone - Will you be doing it, or will I?
