There is still no proper pedestrian crossing at this point adn the motorists ignore the warning signs

After many years there is still no proper markings for a road crossing at the point where the bypass crosses the old main road from Thame to Long Crendon. motorists ignore the warning signs and never slow down. Please can we get a proper crossing for pedestrians and cyclists installed.
