Repeated parking on double yellow lines

Reported anonymously at 07:58, Sat 24 September 2016

Cars and vans repeatedly flout the double yellow lines over several months, especially during the working week, and park over them and on the pavement on Junction road obscuring the sight lines for vehicles exiting Don Bosco Close and coming up the southbound Temple road corner. They are also obstructing pedestrians and traffic. Double yellow lines now need repainting, more signage might help and some input from traffic wardens. It is dangerous.
