Recent repair to drain already broken up

Reported anonymously at 08:32, Wed 30 March 2016

Recently an attempt was made to repair a pothole opening up around a drain at this location: 3 Winchester Rd Andover, Hampshire SP10 2EG UK (+/- 3 m) Lat. 51.203959 (51°12.2375′N) Long. -1.478382 (1°28.7029′W) http://goo.gl/3WTWva As part of that repair, a squared section was cut out of the tarmac and refilled. That repair has already broken up leaving an even larger pothole than before, now exposing the ironworks. If this was supposed to have been a permanent fix, perhaps the contractor responsible should come back and have another go.
