25 Jackson Road: Improvised traffic sign blocking parking and confusing traffic

Reported anonymously at 14:48, Sun 6 March 2016

An improvised traffic sign has been put on the road near the entrance of 25 Jackson Road for a few months. At first, it may have been related to a renovation done in that house. For a month now, the renovation work has stopped, but the improvised traffic sign is still located in the road, most likely only in order to prevent other cars from parking near 25 Jackson Road. This does not seem justified, nor legal, and it is likely to confuse drivers using the road.
