Uncontrolled car parking blocking pedestrian access

Reported anonymously at 11:40, Tue 2 February 2016

Since Pembroke Street was resurfaced, there has been no parking control. The result has been cars parked along both sides of the street, meaning pedestrians frequently have no alternative other than to walk down the middle of the street. As this is a major walking route, this situation is dangerous for both pedestrians and motorists.
