Chesterton Road - Jesus Lock Zebra Crossing

One of the floodlights which is supposed to illuminate the zebra crossing on Chesterton Road (between Jesus Lock bridge and Carlyle Road) is again not working. The light spends periods on, periods off, and periods flickering. The near-by streetlight, number 14, is also out. I reported this problem in July. The floodlight was working properly for a period in August but is now broken again. The streetlight has been out for much longer and has never been fixed. I would like to suggest this crossing, which is an accident blackspot, is properly illuminated before the winter and more people use it during the hours of darkness.
