Pavements blocked and breaking up

Reported by Graham Asquith at 14:56, Fri 7 August 2015

Stretches of pavements between junctions with Gingham Brow and Mill Lane are difficult to negotiate on foot due to dozens of vehicles, mailny cars, parked on the pavements. Paving slabs are broken and sticking up in places creating a trip hazard. On Tuesdays, bins left on these pavements make them impassable for much of the day.
