Drug dealing and homeless in cut through to the Winto rd

Reported anonymously at 17:34, Mon 10 November 2014

For a long while now their has been an increasing amount of both male and female homeless people frequenting this Alley they look extremely intimidating and look as if they are either waiting to pick something up or drop something off, a lot of young people ( Schools near by) and vulnerable people live in this area (Copper beeches older persons home ) I am worried for the safety of the public and attacks have happened in this alley before. Why is their not a street camera???
