Loose drain cover

Reported anonymously at 15:28, Sun 31 August 2014

I picked up from the street as a hazard to cyclists, a heavy rectangular metal drain cover that had come loose from a channel leading from a drainpipe down the side of a building, opposite 17 Old Ford Road (offices of QSA). I placed it against the wall, propped up behind the drainpipe, so that it wouldn't be a pavement hazard, but the cannel it covered is also now a hazard.
