Cycle signage pointing the wrong way

Reported anonymously at 23:40, Fri 31 January 2014

A new blue metal direction sign saying "Shoreham Beach [2] > " has been erected at the northern end of the Adur Ferry Bridge. However it's pointing the wrong way. It's pointing east along the A259 Brighton Road. The whole point of the Adur Ferry Bridge is that you can cycle (or walk) over it to Shoreham Beach!! /facepalms/ The sign to Shoreham Beach should be pointing south, over the bridge.
