Pavement breaking down

Along the front of and round the corner of the ridge house (Ox256JL) leading from main st into middle Barton Road road the very very narrow pavement is continuously breaking down . I reported it a while ago and a couple of patch repairs were done - but the entire pavement is uneven, crumbling and the subsequent loose tarmac / stones makes it slippery and dangerous on a narrow corner of a busy junction. My toddler has slipped and fallen many times here as have i - and for buggies and wheelchairs it’s so uneven.
