Public footpath between 8 and 9 Nenelands

Hedge belonging to number 9 seriously overgrown with pyracantha which has thorns. The hedge is now covering three quarters of the path,it is also very high and blocks the street light intended to light the path. The tenant was asked to cut it back 2 months ago by me.
