At least 12 large dangerous holes regarding tree roots reappeared AGAIN!

Holes once a again returned in the many patches put on. It doesn't need a plater! The tree is growing at a very fast rate and this will not be solved until the tree or roots have been destroyed. The path has a lot of traffic with elderly disabled pensioners, like, myself. Young families with prams walkers leading to a very narrow path with very dangerous steep sides. No lights or rail. I've tripped up often and a big accident just waiting to happen. This problem is ongoing for a few years but first aid does nt help resolve it.
