Footpath badly damaged by tracklaying digger

House No 286 Lutterworth Rd Nuneaton is having building work carried out at the rear of the property and are using a track laying digger to access the rear of the property by driving it through the footpath/alleyway between the property next door(No 288). The footpath tarmac had now been lifted and is lose and crumbling. In addition debris has been left causing difficulty for push chairs, mobility scooters etc to use the path to acces Gorse Farm way and The wild life area.
