Renewed Graffiti in The Malthouse/Library Alcoves

Congratulations on the recent over painting painting. Sadly this blackspot for anti social behaviour has quickly reverted to its old ways with a very strong stench of Urine (daily) big amounts of litter and renewed deranged graffiti. Please take care when working in this area as it is the haunt of a small minority of apparently disturbed individuals who have been banging on the library windows,(breaking one),shrieking offensive abuse at the public assaulting a member of Poundland staff,etc etc.& generally congergate there daily to cause maximum anti social nuisance. Suggest a good daily morning pressure wash with carbolic cleaner and defumigant as in London.
