Bike rack

The council have moved the only bike rack from near Halfords to the side it is not fixed down and I tried to put my bike in it it's on the flat so my bike was rolling out before I could chain it up also if no one could see if any one is trying to steal bikes from there the council want you to go green and they do not provide suitable bike racks now we're the bike rack was the bath store have put a bath there and put flowers in it I love flowers but bike racks are more important we need more than one bike rack down there and they need to be suitable
