Dangerous Trees

Reported anonymously at 12:35, Mon 14 February 2022

1. This weekend 12/02 A pedestrian walking a dog was struck by a falling branch and was attended to by neighbours in addition to damage caused to a parked vehicle See previous reports sent 3 months ago. copied below by another resident regarding the same trees over hanging the foot path. There are 3 large trees which have grown over the boundary to 39 Lindhome Road. Despite several request they have not been cut back. In the past they have broken and fallen causing damage to car, fence and shed. This weekend 27/28th Nov I was hit by a falling branch on the back of the head whilst secure items in the garden due to high winds. Please cut these back to the boundary line, and shape them / crown thin them to safe height and spread before serious damage is caused to property or another individual resulting in a health and safety claim.
