Dangerous 1.2m long and deep pothole developed on road between Abingdon and Radley

Reported anonymously at 16:56, Sat 5 February 2022

A large and deep pothole has developed on the Abingdon bound carriageway of the road between Radley and the Abingdon Ring Road (OX14). Map location is approximate. Pothole is 1.2m x 70cm (approx) x 5-8cm deep (est). Pothole may have developed following on from recent contractors work here (OpenReach??). Pothole is deep, and causing a problem for drivers, but if filled with water it could be dangerous 9and potentially lethal) for cyclists, who will be unaware of the depth. Urgent assessment and repair is required. Thanks.
