Missing Give Way Sign before chicane

The fourth traffic calming chicane as you head eastward along Smorrall lane has no give way sign. This is causing confusion as the 3 chicanes prior all have give way signs, leading drivers to believe incorrectly that they have right-of-way due to the absence of a give way sign. I have witnessed this causing near-misses/ frustration for drivers on several occasions. It has been like this for some months (see google street view image).
