Please remove and recycle abandoned Grey/Green Citreon Van registration number 174UYU parked in the road at Paddington Street near Paddington Street Gardens South. This vehicle has no tax, no MOT, no residents parking permit, no front number plate, no wipers and is now surrounded by autumn leaves. See attached photos taken 02 January 2022. First reported 24 October 2021.
