Illegal use of pavement and parking places as a construction camp.

Reported anonymously at 10:35, Thu 21 October 2021

The conversion of 14 Park Street Woodstock into a residential dwelling has been going on for over 3 months. Although the skip parked outside the property has permission the builders have also fenced off 2 other adjacent parking spaces to use as a construction camp for this project. Because of the shortage of parking in town this deprives residents and business of parking space and gives rise to illegal parking. A [portable loo] is placed there permanently, which could easily become a health hazard. This unauthorised activity is likely to set a precedent for other building projects in town and needs to be controlled or preferably stopped.
