Fly tipping and petrol lit bonfires on land not owned by firestarter

Reported anonymously at 16:30, Tue 31 August 2021

Behind the "stables" to the rear of the terraced houses starting 162 Marston Lane Bedworth at around 16:15 BST on 31 Aug 2021, an illegal flytipping took place, followed by an illegal bonfire on land unowned by the starter of the fire. There is large amount oe fumes are choking, and there are residents with severe breathing difficulties downwind, thus this is a significant hazard to the health. This isn't the first time, and won't be the last unless the council finally just uphold existing rules.
