Dying or dead trees

Reported anonymously at 20:54, Friday 18 June 2021

There are 2 trees in Foreland Road that have either died or are dying. The photo shows one of the trees outside No. 26/28 which has lost it's foliage. Another tree down towards junction with Heol-y-forlan on the even numbers side that is exactly in the same condition. I believe neighbours have tried watering to no avail but it maybe that the surface is too compacted and needs a good loosening. Or it maybe that they are simply poor stock. But it may be that they can be saved with some proper attention and so someone should come and inspect them. Be shame if they have been lost within a couple of years of having been planted.
