Antisocial behaviour & against the law meeting4

Reported anonymously at 20:25, Saturday 20 February 2021

This issue where numerous people are meeting up, swapping cars, revving cars at all times, smoking drugs and anticsocial behaviour is still ongoing & nobody seems to want to do anything about it. There is never any police presence especially considering the country is in lockdown & every single one of them are breaking the law. No PPE, No distancing at all. This is now the second time I have flagged this & I expect some sort of action.
