Litter/rubbish

Reported anonymously at 16:55, Wednesday 3 February 2021

There is a huge amount of litter, mainly plastic, on the north side of Carterton Road from Norton Road to Brize Norton village. It does not appear to have been cleared in this area for a long time and is causing plastic pollution in the ditches, grass verge and hedgerow. The litter extends for around 800m and has been present for many months but is now more obvious as the vegetation has died back
