Graffiti on garage wall

This graffiti happened last night and me and the neighbours are not happy with it at all, when we open our curtains it looks awful, it makes the street look vandalised, uncared for and run by thugs, I’m concerned it will bring a gang culture with violence and fear with it. This is a lovely market town which is getting more and more graffiti.
