Contaminated road surface following hydraulic oil spill

Reported anonymously at 11:10, Tue 15 September 2020

A Biffa street refuse truck broke down spilling hydraulic oil on the road, just beside my driveway at 11 Neale’s Close. A clean up crew attended thereafter and applied treatment powder but the road surface remains unsightly, lacks cohesion and leaves traces of oil on pedestrian shoes. Apparently this now sits with Ian Nichols delivery team to resolve but this has had no attention for over a month now.
