Black sack full of household rubbish

Reported anonymously at 17:21, Saturday 12 September 2020

This rubbish has been in the alley way between Lyndale and Whomerly Road over a week . The bag has now split . This alley is getting extremely overgrown which seems to lead some people to believe is Ok to leave cans, bottles and rubbish there . And occassionally use it as a urinal !
