Horning Church path unsafe

Reported anonymously at 15:44, Tue 8 September 2020

There is a footpath from Horning Church to the public stathe, and a footpath previously went directly to the stathe through the garden of the rectory. The path has been relocated around the garden of the rectory with a fence instead, at the end of the fence the ground goes down a banking to the stathe and the earth is not stable. A set of steps should be installed or another suitable arrangement for going down the banking or the original footpath should be reinstated. Also a handrail should be considered
