Surface water drains are not being maintained in windmill road exhall. As a consequence water has found its way into an old land drain which is flooding a garden in the adjacent property at 56 robert rd.Water is standing outside patio door and against footings of property .This has been going on for approximately 3 months..we have lived here for 3 years and never had this problem before....neighbours backing onto our property also infomed that no maintanace has been carried out for years...i would like a response to talk to someone about these issues as it has caused alot of stress and damage
