Sinking Manhole covers Winchester St, Andover

Reported anonymously at 08:58, Wed 25 January 2012

The Manhole covers in Winchester Streeet are sinking - I have reported this by phone twice - no action.THere is one on the corner of Bridge Street/Winchester Street (outside Ranson Houghton Solicitors) and another higher up by The Lemon Place fish and chip shop. Everytime a vehicle goes over them they make a loud noise - and they are turning into potholes now. This is not only a noise problem for the businesses and residents of the area, it is dangerous for cycles and motorbikes and pedestrians. Please could you get these two manhole covers repaired?
