15 inch pothole on Vicarage Hill, Tanworth-in-Arden on the right hand side as you come down the hill from Tanworth village

Reported anonymously at 16:42, Sun 30 August 2020

This pothole appeared yesterday and is the result of long-standing ( 2 years plus) lack of repairs to land drains which have burst under Vicarage Hill. From the Broad Lane end the leakage from burst land drains is on the left hand side between Crossmeads Farm and Hill Farm Cottage and on both sides below Thurlestone. If these burst land drains were fixed we would not be getting all the potholes in the highway. We have had it checked by Severn Trent and the problem is NOT leaking water mains but burst land drains which are the Highway Authority's responsibility. Please fix the pothole and schedule work to fix the burst land drains.
