Uneven pathway

Reported by Rhiann Sigley at 18:51, Mon 17 August 2020

Last Monday 10/08/20, I travelled to Atherstone with my sister who lives in Polesworth. We like Atherstone because it is a small town and I cannot walk a long distance as I am disabled. We were walking down the high street back to the car , I was using my walking cane as always, when I tripped on an uneven paving stone. I was so glad my sister was with me as she helped me. My sister took pictures of the paving stone as it wasn't level as the others , it was above the others. You will be able to see on my photographs, when you receive them that the stone is not level with the others and there is no sand or mortar around the stone. It was as if it had just been placed in as a quick fix, not finished off. The trip jarred my already bad back and i couldn't move for the next 3 days. I didnt sleep for 3 nights because of the discomfort in my back. The paving slab is rocking. Poorly fixed
