Cycle lane far to wide and unsignposted

Reported by Mario Roatta at 23:58, Wed 5 August 2020

This new cycle lane goes nowhere obvious, and is far to wide (3 bike widths almost) and should only be around 1 yard or 1 metre wide. Cyclists should cycle SINGLE file and not abreast. I saw one the other day jump the red lights (or try to) and stop in the middle of the junction attempting to turn right into BroadwaterRoad. Very dangerous. The cycle lane should be an extension of the pavement like in other countries. What will happen when the road needs repairs now its down to 1 lane ? or worse still if there is a road traffic accident, its not very clever is it. Very badly thought out and downright stupid. I could drive a tank along it (almost).
