Addition of white lines by dropped curb

Problems with access for ambulances for residents of 9 Jervis Close which have been asked to move on by members of the public. Hospital transport have been unable to park at this point for the residents and the couple have been unable to have a skip due to the companies not being able to park at this spot. The residents are requesting white lines be added at the dropped curb if possible please.
