Dangerous bikers on Narrowbox Lane ? Lanterns Lane

Reported anonymously at 17:43, Sun 5 July 2020

Very regularly, there are young tear-aways on off-road motorcycles riding very fast on Narrowbox Lane, Lanterns Lane and the nearby woodland. It's been going on for over a year but has recently become much more prevalent. Enforcement is an ignored Police issue but could the Council please install some sort of barriers that stop their access on motorcycles. They seem to vary; it sounds like they sometimes go up to Fairlands Way, sometimes in Dryden Crescent and sometimes Wheatlands. There are lots of children and mothers pushing prams use the paths so there is a good chance someone will be seriously hurt or killed if something isn't done. I've contacted the Police & local Councillors by email but neither replied. There is no point calling 999 because they are gone in moments. Could the Council please look at this long term problem before its too late. Thank you
