Fly tipping

Reported anonymously at 13:01, Tue 19 May 2020

Tcommunal bin store in king pin square outside number 11. I have been reporting the rubbish all over the floor since February of this year and the health hazard it is causing not to mention the slip hazard when it rains. Some of the rubbish was cleared previously but not all of it and now since lockdown someone has fly tipped broken furniture and a large mirror and because of excess rubbish and the bins overflowing there is a vast amount of rubbish and cardboard on the floor which has been there weeks. I did previously report this on fix my street but nothing has still been done. I appreciate that large cardboard boxes which do not fit into the small wheelie bin can be left by the bin for collection but unfortunately they are not being collected either. I also appreciate that it is not the councils fault that some people just chuck rubbish all over the place however it affects everyone else who has to use the bin store. It has now become a health hazard attracting cats ripping open bags and I saw a rat early this morning. Please can you send someone to look at this urgently .
