Flooded highway, junction of forfield place and radford road, both sides

Reported anonymously at 14:18, Mon 10 February 2020

Currently a 2 metre wide flood in the highway and where people cross the road at the junction of forfield place and radford road. The drains on both sides of forfield place were blocked over the weekend when it rained hard. It looks like both drains are full of leaves. I tried my best to unblock them both but both are thick with soil and mud down quite deep. Similar problem on radford road as you turn left out of forfield place.
