Syringes, tourniquets and human faeces

Reported anonymously at 12:39, Tuesday 14 January 2020

This vacant lot was previously used as a community garden and the gate was locked with keys accessible to local residents and office workers. The gate is open, the site is used day and night for drug deals and injecting drug use. Also evidence of defecation. Local resident fearful for safety of his child. We would like to start using it as a garden again. Please arrange for gate to be locked as in past and sight cleared of all non gardening items.
