Children’s play area in Kessingland Avenue has large holes between soft play floor tiles. These holes are around climbing frame and other areas. I take my 20 month old grandchild to this area and grooves are big enough for his foot to go down. These infilled grooves have been there for a year that I know if.

These gaps in soft play floor are dangerous for very small children and even an adult could twist their ankle.
