Large tree dropping debris onto footpaths

Tree which has bracken wood rot (as found by qualified tree surgeon), no pruned, affecting phone lines to properties within branches and making pathway dangerous for disabled person trying to get out of house due to sheer quantity of leaves and water mixed - whilst rain cannot be helped and not can leaves - this issue could be managed with pruning!
