Poo bins and dog fouling

Reported anonymously at 15:51, Thu 13 March 2008

There are significantly less poo bins in the glenmore road/swinbroook road area than are needed/used to be. Due to this and the fact that the available bins are frequently overflowing people do not pick up after their dogs. I often have to carry my dogs mess home with me and from the state of the floor/local field others do not bother to do the same. Perhaps it would be more pleasant and likely to be picked up if there were more/bigger poo bins available or more frequent collections.
