Trip hazard metal rainwater pipes on pavement

Reported anonymously at 12:25, Tue 22 October 2019

Young child (14 months old) tripped over the metal pipe in the pavement outside no. 35 Stanley Park. Mother says child cut his lip and nose. She took him to A&E for treatment. The square metal pipes are longer in places than others on the whole street. It's so dangerous as the metal is sharp, very sharp. Other children have tripped over the pipes which are raised in places. Please inspect road and arrange repairs. thanks.
