Collapsing river path

Reported by HILDE MORRIS at 14:20, Monday 7 October 2019

As part of work on the new flood defences a new path was built alongside the river, opened earlier this year. now PMC Construction are building new flats there and in creating an exit from site to the river have undermined the new path, causing two deep holes on their side. already you can see at least half the path is affected and it may not be long before it all collapses. REPAIRS SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN IMMEDIATELY before the winter weather enlarges the holes and destroys the path.
