Subsidence on this road around 313-307 on Blandford Road, plus more houses nearby. Have been informed this could be due to water leakage from the main drains beside these individual homes pipe. Pavement around the homes is significantly dipped potentially due to underlying leakage issues and needs to be looked at as subsidence issues are very likely to be caused by this issue. It requires an investigation.

The problem as outlined above is thought to be caused by leakage of the public drains to the homes. As outlined the pavement from 313 to 305 is very dropped in comparison to the rest of the road, which signifies an underlying cause beneath the road. We would value a council inspection to help identify the potential problem.
